Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) ensuring adherence to Scrum practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and manage business and functional requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Document, translating requirements into actionable user stories to different business stakeholders and the technical team.
- Drive end-to-end deployment processes, ensuring smooth releases and successful adoption.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and work with stakeholders to resolve them proactively.
- Prepare and maintain documentation including process flows, functional specifications, and deployment checklists.
- Ensure continuous improvement in delivery processes and agile practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or hybrid BA-Scrum Master role.
- Experience of working with 500 global fortune clients as an Agile Practitioner.
- Strong experience in IT system deployment projects (on-premises or cloud).
- Hands-on expertise in requirement gathering, analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Proven experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with ability to coach teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of project management and deployment lifecycles.
- Certification such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master), CSPO, or PMI-ACP preferred.
Good to Have
- Experience in digital transformation, cloud migration, or enterprise-scale deployment.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
Domain knowledge in relevant industry, e.g., Manufacturing, SaaS
